If you pick a nurse home visit, a kit will be sent to the delivery address specified in the order, and a Medichecks partner provider will contact you via your provided contact number within 48 hours to schedule a convenient appointment.
If you choose to visit a Medichecks partner clinic for a venous blood draw, a sample collection kit will be sent to you, along with details of your nearest clinic location based on the postcode provided. An email will follow with instructions on how to book your appointment.
Once you’ve had your blood taken, Medichecks will notify you when your blood sample has been received in the lab. You will then receive an email within 7-10 days telling you that your results and report are in your DOSE customer portal.
